"The joy of seeing marriages, hopelessly dead brought to life is the Greatest Joy we desire".
She is married to Rev. Foster Odoi, a Minister of God, and their marriage is blessed with five children: Nathaniel, Praise, Worship, Thanks, and Melody.
Agnes is a women’ Leader, Counselor, Preacher, human resource manager, and resource person for churches and organizations, the founder and resource person of the Warrior Wives Prayer Ministry, the Groaning Women Prayer Line, Warrior Youth Ministry, and the Warrior Kids Ministry; platforms for strengthening women, wives, mothers, and grooming future generations of families and Kingdom subjects. In her over sixteen years of experience, she is into the empowerment of women globally, where she teaches them to embrace their values and rise to make an impact in their environments. She is also into marriage and relationship counseling, championing a crusade for a fulfilling, successful, and long-lasting marriage and again helping couples stand through turbulent times capable of destabilizing marriages, through the offering of one-on-one counseling. With her experience in managing people, she works efficiently and in a friendly manner with her employees. Many women now believe in themselves and have been empowered to take up their roles again, and couples have been reconciled back and are living peacefully through their counseling role. Her joy is to see women having mental fortitude and fulfilling their God-given duties and seeing marriages hopelessly dead brought back to life. She feels fulfilled when she sees depressed and distressed women empowered and on their feet, making life for themselves and their children having secured lives. Interested in women's empowerment and the holistic well-being of humans, both spiritually and physically; children, women, couples, and families.

She established the Warrior Wives Prayer Ministry (Wawpram) in 2008; an international, non-denominational, non-governmental ministry with local and international recognition. The ministry comprises Christian women whose mission is to fulfill God’s institution of marriage by equipping women to perform their God-given tasks as helpers, improving their socio-economic lives, and seeking their welfare. As reflected in our vision statement, every Christian marriage is to be long-lasting and successful through the empowerment and transformation of women globally by the Word of God.
The ministry has thirteen branches in Kumasi, Sunyani, Accra, Cape Coast, Savannah Region (Tuna), Atebubu, Techiman, Atwima Boko, and in Tamale, Ejiso, Asante Mampong, United States of America, and the United Kingdom.
